Partnership marks the joint entry of both companies into Brazil's emerging Brazilian Advanced Air Mobility market and will be showcased during LABACE 2026.
Porto Alegre (Brazil) / Bruchsal (Germany), August 04, 2026 – Aeromot S.A., one of Brazil's leading aerospace technology companies, and Volocopter Technologies GmbH, a pioneer in electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, have signed an Exclusive Representation Agreement to jointly introduce Volocopter's next generation of electric aircraft into the Brazilian market.
The agreement establishes Aeromot as Volocopter's exclusive representative in Brazil for the commercialization of the VoloXPro. With capabilities spanning aircraft distribution, MRO and customer support, pilot and technical training, and air mobility operations through VOWE, Aeromot offers the integrated expertise needed to support launch of operations of Volocopter’s aircraft across Brazil.
The partnership represents the official entry of both companies into Brazil's Advanced Air Mobility segment, combining Volocopter's globally recognized innovation in electric aviation with Aeromot's nearly six decades of experience in aircraft integration, certification, maintenance, commercialization and industrial development.
As part of this new collaboration, Aeromot and Volocopter will jointly present the VoloXPro during LABACE 2026, Latin America's largest business aviation exhibition, taking place from August 4 to 6 in São Paulo. The event will mark the Brazilian public debut of the platform and the beginning of a broader market development strategy.

“The arrival of the VoloXPro represents much more than the introduction of a new aircraft. It marks the beginning of a new chapter for Brazilian aviation and reinforces our commitment to bringing disruptive technologies, sustainable mobility and industrial development to the country.”
Developed in Germany, the VoloXPro is an all-electric light aircraft designed around the principles of safety, operational simplicity and sustainability. Its distributed electric propulsion architecture, highly automated flight control system, low acoustic footprint and near-zero operational emissions position it among the most innovative aircraft in its category.
Beyond market introduction, the companies are also evaluating long-term opportunities for industrial cooperation in Brazil, including technical support capabilities, maintenance infrastructure and future manufacturing initiatives. These activities may be developed within AeroCITI, Aeromot's aerospace innovation ecosystem currently under development in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

“By joining forces with Aeromot, Volocopter builds on a proven partnership already established within the Diamond Group, leveraging local expertise and a shared commitment to advancing aviation in the region”
The companies are working together with Brazilian authorities and aviation stakeholders to support the regulatory evolution required for the safe introduction of Advanced Air Mobility operations in the country.
