Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We have pledged to bring urban air mobility to life by getting electric air taxis and other eVTOLs off the ground in a way that complements existing transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable, on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we carried out the first-ever piloted flight of a fully electric multicopter and have since conducted more than 1,500 public and private test flights across the world (www.volocopter.com). 

Your mission during this flight:

• Work with and help coordinate the most relevant media and editorial teams from all over the world. Support in developing and building up relevant key contacts and maintaining existing relationships.
• Be responsible for Volocopter’s press and web monitoring including the evaluation as basis for the development of our long-term press strategy.
• Support in PR and Social Media backend-office task including reporting and ensuring excellence in all documents produced.
• Leave your mark by shaping parts of the Social Media content

Check in your professional skills:

• You are currently studying towards a degree in humanities, communications, languages or equivalent, ideally in your final years.
• You have taken courses (or have first experience) in the area of PR are passionate about Social Media, mobility and are ready to learn on the job.
• You enjoy working with words and writing.
• You take initiative, take a solution-oriented way to challenges, have an eye for detail and love working in a team.
• You are a communicative team player and have organizational and implementation power.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.
• You are a citizen or permanent resident of the EU or your current visa allows you to work in Germany.
