Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). The main mission of a Battery Structural Repair Engineer is to make sure that the final product satisfies design, safety, contract, and authority requirements, by managing all non-conformities with proper engineering dispositions. You will provide technical expertise to ensure that the company's goals for battery design within production are met in terms of detailed part production, and assembly processes by eliminating non-conformities. By minimizing the number of scrap parts and making it possible to re-use them. This role contributes to cost reduction without compromising the airworthiness of batteries.
