Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). Your main stakeholders during this flight with Volocopter will be the Quality Team, the Production Team and also your Methods and Tools Team.

Your mission during this flight:

As we look to achieve entry-into-service with our Volocity aircraft in the near future, your role as the Configuration Specialist - Production will be to ensure that the configuration of our various aircraft remains accurate and up-to-date. You will be instrumental in maintaining our change control process and in facilitating communication between our different teams. Additionally, you will provide support in the documentation and release process within our PLM system, and assist Quality and Production with configuration control. Your expertise in configuration management, knowledge of industry standards, and ability to collaborate effectively with others will make you a valuable member of our team.

Check in your professional skills:

• Practical configuration management experience of at least 2 years
• Either a Bachelor's degree OR relevant work experience in production
• Experience within the Aviation OR Automotive industries in configuration management
• Knowledge and experience in a production environment
• Experience with PLM tools (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP, Microsoft, etc.)
• Experience with EASA or relevant industry-standard audit processes in other fields (e.g. automotive)
• Strong English language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
