Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We have pledged to bring urban air mobility to life by getting electric air taxis and other eVTOLs off the ground in a way that complements existing transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable, on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we carried out the first-ever piloted flight of a fully electric multicopter and have since conducted more than 1,500 public and private test flights across the world (www.volocopter.com). 

Your crew during this flight:

You will be part of the Talent Team at Volocopter and will be actively involved in the entire Talent Life-cycle. You will be contributing to all areas of Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition as well as Learning & Development and collaborate closely with our Specialists.

Your mission during this flight:

• You will support in Employer Branding activities (e.g. campaigns, event organization) and contribute creative ideas to boost our online presence and engage with potential candidates.
• You will gain insights into the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification to onboarding.
• You will support, analyze and structure L&D needs throughout the company and transfer them into validated learning solutions (on site, hybrid and fully digital).
• You will support the team in the daily business along the candidate and employee journey and take on tasks on your own responsibility.

Check in your professional skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a relevant field
• First practical experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition or Learning & Development
• High level of accountability, ownership, and motivation
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
