Here at Volocopter, we are the pioneers of electric air taxis (electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft - eVTOLs). We have pledged to bring urban air mobility to life by getting electric air taxis and other eVTOLs off the ground in a way that complements existing transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable, on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we carried out the first-ever piloted flight of a fully electric multicopter and have since conducted more than 1,500 public and private test flights across the world (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

As an intern at the C-Level Office Volocopter Production Site, you are highly engaged in bringing the team and the whole company forward. You support the C-Level team in the day-to-day business. You take on responsibility for parts of the team’s projects and you directly assist the C-Level team in the preparation of presentations.
As a member of this team, you may take on administrative as well as operative tasks in which you can express your strengths, like coordinative talent, and communication skills. Furthermore, it is the purpose of your role to experience your internship as a learning journey, in which you should be able to dive into different topics and responsibilities. Your opinion is very valuable to us and, you are always invited to express it.

• Support C-Level Office in administrative tasks & day-to-day business
• Directly assist the C-Level in the preparation of presentations
• Support in project management
• Coordination and preparation of decision papers for the C-Level
• Support in the preparation of and follow-up on meetings

Check in your professional skills:

• You are studying Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Management or a similar program, ideally, in your last Bachelor semester or your Masters
• You enjoy challenges and have a hands-on mentality
• You have very good MS-Office, German and English skills
• You are a highly communicative team player, who excels in a self-responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
• You have solid organizational and executive skills, as well as a strong orientation towards the customer
