We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will support large-scale business and cultural transformation in the context of an Agile-driven, future of work environment. You and the L&D team will be responsible for ensuring that the entire Volocopter workforce is sufficiently qualified to master the current as well as the medium and long-term challenges. You will support creating and actively shaping an environment at Volocopter where people are engaged and enabled to learn, develop, and grow.

• You will be End-to-end L&D responsible for assigned categories related to personal development: Identify and analyze needs, design, implement and organize trainings, facilitate the purchasing process, monitor training performance, evaluate the success of training measures, and continuously improve processes and offers
• You will assist with managing the strategic and operational link between cultural transformation processes and L&D
• You will act as a close consultant and enabler for all Volocopter employees regarding L&D needs and measures in relation to assigned categories
• You will connect with stakeholders, learning providers, and tenders for successful program delivery
• You will assist and empower internal SMEs in bringing/sharing their knowledge to Volocopter employees in a pedagogically meaningful way

Check in your professional skills:

• Deep understanding of educational science, and instructional design incl. ability to design thoughtful, engaging, inclusive and impactful content including writing effective copy and storyboarding
• Acting as an agile advocate with a growth and solution-focused mindset to support our highly transformative state as a company
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills (esp. in a fast-paced environment)
• Ability to holistically understand business needs and translate them into successful learning solutions as well as the ability of business consulting and engaging collaboration
• Good business English communication skills (written and spoken)

Preferred skills:

• Proven facilitation, communication, and presentation skills (e.g. workshops or training)
