We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We are bringing urban air mobility to life by introducing our air taxis and drones as an electric addition to current transportation options in megacities worldwide. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011, we performed the first-ever crewed flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopters (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

As an Inhouse Consultant for ERP at Volocopter, you will be part of the CDO resort working as an integral part of our Enterprise Solutions Team. You ensure the successful operation of our ERP system in line with our business needs by cooperating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• Take ownership of specific functions to capture the business requirements and translate those into IT requirements
• Define the AS-IS and TO-BE process in specific function areas in tight cooperation with ERP key users
• Analyze and fulfil the business process gaps using ERP application
• Ensure constant exchange and alignment with stakeholders about the roadmap and the definition and implementation of new requirements
• Complement the development team with exact business requirements and clarifications
• Test and certify new developments and software upgrades
• Provide end user support to ensure business continuity

Check in your professional skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a corporate environment or in a management consultancy within Aerospace, Manufacturing and/or regulated industries
• Hands-on experience in minimum of 2 full cycle ERP implementations
• Proven track of ERP integration with various other applications (PLM, CMS, CRM, etc.)
• Deep knowledge in production planning and related business processes
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills in English

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge in MS Dynamics365 Business Central or other ERP systems
• Working proficiency in German
