Your mission during this flight:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to provide essential support to the Head of Propulsion in overseeing the battery project. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing project activities, ensuring efficient collaboration, and facilitating effective communication within the battery team. Your assistance will contribute to the successful execution of the battery project, supporting the Department Head's accountability for project outcomes.

• You will support the Department Head in planning, organizing, and coordinating the battery project from initiation to completion. 
• You will assist with project scope definition, including objectives, deliverables, and stakeholder requirements, in alignment with company strategies. 
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and communication of project goals, tasks, and timelines. 
• You will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, monitoring progress against key milestones and identifying potential risks and issues. 
• You will coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and progress tracking. 
• You will support the Department Head in tracking project budget and resource allocation, identifying any deviations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions. 
• You will assist with the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks, ensuring risks are properly documented and managed throughout the project lifecycle. 
• You will foster collaboration and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination to achieve project objectives. 
• You will assist in the preparation of project status reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation for stakeholders and management. 
• You will collaborate with suppliers and external partners, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in line with project requirements. 
• You will coordinate research activities and provide support in identifying new technologies, best practices, and process improvements relevant to the battery project. 
• You will assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation and knowledge management systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of project information. 
• You will support the Department Head in evaluating project outcomes, capturing lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 
• You will collaborate with the Department Head and project team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. 

Check in your professional skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
• Previous experience in a project management or project support role, preferably in the battery industry or related fields.
• Knowledge of battery systems and relevant technologies, with an understanding of battery development processes and challenges.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well within a team, supporting and assisting colleagues to achieve common project goals.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills: 

• Familiarity with battery management systems and related components. 
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations applicable to batteries, such as UN 38.3, IEC 62619, DO-311, and ISO 26262. 
• Knowledge of project financial management and budget tracking. 
• Familiarity with document management and knowledge-sharing platforms.
