We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopter (www.volocopter.com).

Job Description

As an Intern in Talent Sourcing you will be an ambassador of our brand and mission to find the best talents worldwide. Join our team and develop the future of Volocopter with us!

You will support our growth by actively searching for the best candidates on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
You're the first point of contact for potential new Volocopter employees and an ambassador of our mission
You'll develop your expertise in active search in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Team
As part of our growing TA Team you will have the chance to shape our future and to take ownership and to work independently

Qualifications

Currently studying a relevant field of specialization with a focus on human resources, ideally at the end of the Bachelor's or Master's degree
First practical experience in human resources, e.g., in recruiting
You're passionate about recruiting, love to network and always keen to put new ideas into action
You take responsibility for your tasks and are reliable towards candidates and colleagues
You have a get things done mentality
You have excellent verbal, written communication and social skills
English is a must have

Preferred skills:

German skills
First experience with Active Sourcing
