We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We are bringing urban air mobility to life by introducing our air taxis and drones as an electric addition to current transportation options in megacities worldwide. Your mission during this flight:

As part of the communications team, you have the opportunity to pioneer and shape the story of Urban Air Mobility with one of the hottest players in the field. In your role, you will directly report to the Lead Live Communication and be responsible for event conferences both national and international with a focus on speaking events.

• Event request management with internal and external coordination
• Registration and organization of virtual, hybrid and physical conferences and events
• Market screening, evaluation and support in event strategy
• Speaker Management with registration, organization, content alignment and preparations of presentations
• Event contracting, planning and execution of national and international events with project and budget responsibility

Check in your professional skills:

• Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
• 3 years of professional experience in the field of event management with proven track record in applying agile project management and your responsibility as project lead
• Experience in event management, event conceptualization and strategy planning
• You have exceptional organizational and coordination skills, creativity and implementation power
• You are a communicative team player capable of working independently, goal-oriented and structured. You demonstrate strategic thinking and action
• You are an infectious enthusiastic with a pioneering spirit and a resilient mindset
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
