We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We are bringing urban air mobility to life by introducing our air taxis and drones as an electric addition to current transportation options in megacities worldwide. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011, we performed the first-ever crewed flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopters (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

Help with ensuring that the entire Volocopter workforce is sufficiently qualified to fulfil aviation authorities’ requirements and master the current as well as the medium and long-term challenges. Assisting with creating and shaping an environment at Volocopter where people are engaged and enabled to learn, develop, and grow. Being the first point of contact from Learning & Development side to assist the business (certification areas) to design and implement learning & development needs for their staff.

• You manage the strategic and operational link between aviation regulations and Learning & Development
• You identify and research needs to be based on which to design, develop, implement, and evaluate organizational and customised L&D offers with a focus on Certification, Compliance, Risk & Safety as well as Quality
• End-to-end L&D accountability for assigned L&D categories: Organize training, facilitate the purchasing process, monitor training performance, evaluate the success of training measures, continuously improve processes and offers, consult learners and managers
• You conjoin with stakeholders, and learning providers, and calls for proposal for successful program delivery
• You assist and empower internal Subject Matter Experts and trainers in bringing their knowledge to Volocopter employees in a pedagogically meaningful way

• Proven knowledge and experience in a certified aviation environment: Terms like DOA, POA, MOA and related qualification requirements are known to you
