Quality Assurance - Final Assembly Line Inspector (m/f/d)

Your mission during this flight:
- You will be performing inspections on the aircraft during the final assembly stages (mechanical, avionic and system installations).
- You will be executing predefined Inspection Plans, End of Line Inspections and First Article Inspections.
- You will observe that the final assembly line runs smoothly in terms of production discipline and Foreign Object Damage (FOD).
- You will ensure an exhaustive configuration control of the aircraft prior to delivery.
- You will be responsible for Non Conforming product management (Non-Conformity Reports including creation, tracking, validation and segregation of NC parts).
Check in your professional skills:
- Technician Degree or applicable experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in the aviation industry, as Final Assembly technician (inspector or operator).
- Proven competence on composite structures, EWIS installation, fiber optics, mechanical and avionic components installation.
- Knowledge of measuring devices.
- Knowledge of technical drawings standards.
- Knowledge of aerospace standards.
- Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Quality processes.
- Valid EU driving license (B).
- Fluent in English language.
