We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com).
Your mission during this flight:
- Develop organic and paid social media strategies for all established and upcoming social media platforms, globally.
- Apply an analytics-driven approach to social media, using social media monitoring and management platforms for continuous measurement and improvement.
- Develop content campaigns that support Volocopter’s overarching business objectives.
- Find, create, and leverage content for distribution on Volocopter’s social media channels.
- Conceptualize and run community management on all channels.
- Provide social media training and daily support to executives.
5+ years of practical experience in the realm of social media communications and can apply professional tools for social media management effectively.
You are experienced with multilingual multiregional social media communication, channel management, and social media reporting for LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, Twitter, YouTube.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.
You are passionate about words, writing, and communications.
You bring personal initiative, team-spirit, and structured thinking to your team. You’re the person who likes to get things done.
You have excellent written and spoken English and German. Fluency in another language such as Mandarin, French or Italian would also be a plus.
