We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the ground in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com).

Job Description

You will be creating & developing reports to directly support the senior management in decision making, as well as be closely involved in projects and daily tasks that will contribute to further develop our finance department. You will also act as a Key-User for our new ERP-System and actively work in the Accounting & Controlling Module. Being fluent in English is a must, as you will have many touchpoints with our international Tech- and Non-Tech departments.

Your mission during this flight:

Support the finance team in all operational areas (Controlling, Accounting, Corporate Finance)
Help setting up and optimizing financial systems and processes in a rapidly growing agile company
Create reports and dashboards for budget owners, senior management, shareholders & investors
Solve ad-hoc requests from the management or the team
Support the digitalization of the finance department, be a Key-User for our new ERP and BI System

Qualifications

Check in your professional skills:

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a similar field
You have first experiences/internships within the field of Finance, Controlling or Accounting
Good analytical skillset with knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel)
You are a communicative team player and highly collaborative
You take the initiative and actively search for solutions
You are available for 4-6 months
You are a citizen or permanent resident of the EU or your current VISA allows you to work in Germany
You are fluent in English
