We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. As an IT Support Engineer you part of our IT department, which is responsible for the overall IT Service Operations and plays a key role in ensuring smooth processes. Here we control and optimize the business processes and infrastructures that enable our multicultural and innovative team to decisively shape our vision of the future of mobility.
Maintaining a hands-on mentality, you are first choice contact to solve IT related problems quickly and reliable. By implementing and maintaining best in class IT service management processes you are bridging the gap to our headquarters in Bruchsal and qualify and solve incidents as well as service requests.
