We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

As  a Senior SOC Analyst  at Volocopter you are part of the CDO Resort and responsible to maintain visibility, prevention and response within our IT. Together with the Cyber Security Manager and our operations team you drive it to leading levels. 

• You continuously improve our security tools
• You root cause analysis and derive proposals for remediation and prevention
• You prioritize and manage actions during isolation, analysis, and containment of an incident
• You investigate, document, and reporte on any information and cyber security issues
• You propose workaround actions after analysing threats and vulnerabilities
• You create and maintain relevant documentation 
• You handle escalation

Check in your professional skills:

• Completed professional training as an IT specialist, or a degree in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Cyber and Information Security
• Hands-on experience with EDR/DLP/SSE//SIEM/SMTP/Cloud
• Deep understanding of networking, Windows, Linux and http
• Critical and outside the box thinking
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, and a high level of customer orientation paired with an independent working method
