We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:
As part of the communications team, you have the opportunity to pioneer and shape the story of Urban Air Mobility with one of the hottest players in the field. In your role, you will report to the Team Lead Live Communications and be responsible for event projects both national and international with a focus on international fairs & roadshows.
- Event planning, contracting, and execution of national and international events with project and budget responsibility
- Event concept, design, and implementation with external design agencies
- International logistics (Carnet, customs, international travel documents for dangerous goods), packaging and insurance for static and flying Volocopter
- Event team planning and travel booking
- Willingness to travel to international events throughout the year (up to 15 events)
Check-in your professional skills:
- • Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of event management with proven track record in applying agile project management and your responsibility as project lead
• Experience in global event logistics, event conceptualization and strategy planning
• You have exceptional organizational and coordination skills, creativity and implementation power
• You are a communicative team player capable of working independently, goal-oriented and structured. You demonstrate strategic thinking and action.
• You are an infectious enthusiastic with a pioneering spirit and a resilient mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
