We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We are bringing urban air mobility to life by introducing our air taxis and drones as an electric addition to current transportation options in megacities worldwide. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011, we performed the first-ever crewed flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopters (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

Working as an integral part of the CDO Office, you will work closely with our it program manager as well as the Head of Digital, you analyze and identify our current IT Landscape and evaluate internal needs and requests.

You support the team in the daily growth of IT maturity and the exchange with external partners along Volocopter’s digital value chain, and you contribute to the further definition of our company’s overall digital operational plan for enterprise tools by working closely with our Enterprise software team.

• Operational project management support with the possibility to fully own project streams
• Research and analyses related to IT tools, services and data providers
• Assisting in managing suppliers, strategic partners and internal stakeholders
• Support of the daily operations with direct touchpoints to leading roles at Volocopter
• Preparation of presentations for the executive management of Volocopter
• Create documentation in Confluence and work on tickes in Jira
• Market and competitor analysis

Check in your professional skills:

• You are available for a minimum of 6 months (full-time)
• You are a student in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable subject, ideally at the end of your Bachelor's or Master's degree
• You are a citizen or permanent resident of the EU or your current visa allows you to work in Germany
• You have already completed projects or internships in IT Consulting, Project Management or similar
• Excellent MS Office Skills and you are familiar with Confluence and Jira
• You are familiar with relevant technologies & disciplines such as Cloud Computing, Software Development, IT Tools, Data Analytics and further
• You are a communicative team player and have organizational and implementation power
• You show initiative, enjoy accountability and ownership, and have a solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
