Your mission during this flight:

Your mission during this flight: As a Battery Manufacturing Engineering Technician (Control Automation), you will be part of a Team which must operate and improve automated production equipment. Your focus will be on set-up, installation, troubleshooting of equipment.

Job tasks:

  • You will participate in the installation and ramp up of new production equipment
  • Monitor Robotic programs
  • You will operate the equipment, work on improvement and achievement of maximum efficiency and quality
  • Provide support and guidance to maintenance
  • Work closely with the production and quality team to support overall manufacturing
  • Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints. • Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines
Qualifications

Check in your professional skills:

  • Two (2) or more years of experience working in a control technician role on production manufacturing equipment
  • Experience with vision, Laser system
  • Knowledge and programming experience
  • Knowledge and experience with dispensing systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player, hands-on and can-do attitude, high sense of responsibility and accountability, solution-oriented
  • Prototyping building experience
  • High / Low Voltage experience
  • Good communication skills in English and German including read/write documents

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in Fanuc robot programming.
  • Experience with Beckhoff, Siemens.
  • Experience with SCADA, HMI systems, and Siemens PLCs.
  • Read and troubleshoot I/O, ladder logic
  • Experience in High-Volume Manufacturing
