We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com).

Your mission during this flight:

• Provision of enterprise applications within a defined software management lifecycle
• Operate and extend our hybrid server architecture (cloud and on-prem) according to ITIL principles
• Ensure high availability by implementing and executing state of the art maintenance procedures (backup, patch/update, and event management)
• Responsible for standard incident / problem resolution (2nd level support)
• Set-up and maintenance of technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures and user manuals

This position can be based at one of our locations, in either Munich or Bruchsal.

Check in your professional skills:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in IT or training as an IT specialist
• 3+ years of professional experience in comparable positions
• Expertise in the deployment, operation and administration of workloads in an Azure ecosystem (storage, compute, network,..), ideally certified as AZ 104
• Technical knowledge within technologies such as VMWare, vSphere, MS Intune, Qualys, Jira SM
• Very good knowledge of MS Active Directory, MS AAD, MS PowerShell, MS365 and Identity Governance processes
• Experience in the field of IT project management
