Step 2
Interview
It’s important for us to find the perfect new team member for our team. But it is also equally important for us that you get to meet the future team you will work with.

We generally have three interview stages:

  • Video interview with Talent Acquisition (30 mins)
  • Video interview with team member/supervisor with a skill test or case study (60 mins)
  • If possible due to Covid-19 guidelines, a personal interview with team member/supervisor. Otherwise also a video interview. (60mins)

Most interviews will be held in English. Depending on the position, parts of the interview can be done in German.

At the moment, all interviews are held online via Microsoft Teams. You will receive the invitation link in your confirmation email

Depending on the Covid-19 situation, we hold the third interview on-site so that you can visit our office and meet our team.

We like to give you many opportunities to meet different members of your future team. Please check your confirmation e-mail for more details on who you will be speaking with on your upcoming interview.

Step 3
Decision process
We are looking for team members to grow for many years to come so we take the time to study all your information thoroughly. The final decision will be based on many different factors, one of which is your pioneering spirit!

In general, it takes 4-6 weeks from application to decision.

We try to give feedback as best we can but please understand that due to the large number of applicants we cannot give individual feedback to everyone.

Technical expertise and a mindset for growth. Beyond that, we are looking for people who have taken the time to reflect on what is important to them personally, what truly makes them feel fulfilled, and what they envision for their future.
