We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We are bringing urban air mobility to life by introducing our air taxis and drones as an electric addition to current transportation options in megacities worldwide. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011, we performed the first-ever crewed flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopters (www.volocopter.com).

You will be part of our fast growing Quality Team and will join experienced Aviation-Quality-Managers. We are working on different topics like compliance to approvals or industry standards, quality-assurance of Volocopter-aircrafts and parts and contributing to a succeful implementation of a Management-System.

Your mission during this flight:

Volocopter is implementing an Integrated-Management-System to comply with all internal and external requirements and ensure that all employees of Volocopter work efficiently and in compliance with e.g. aviation, quality finance etc. requirements.

• You coordinate and optimize business management processes and coordinate these with all areas of the company
• You are enthusiastic about optimizing and further professionalizing processes in a dynamic growth environment
• Your experience makes it easy for you to implement business processes in cooperation with the Head of Quality
• You work on different projects, processes and system improvements at the same time -You know how to act across the entire business strategy within the big picture of our Management-System and effectively initiate optimizations
• You support the expansion of the existing management system, analyze key figures to increase efficiency and use them to create regular reports

Check in your professional skills:

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics, engineering, IT or similar
• You have experience with the design and implementation of business processes (BPM)
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills, which you have already proven in the past
• You have experience in documenting and communicating processes
• You have a high level of commitment, an independent way of working and high results orientation
• You love to take responsibility from day one and proactively develop your area of responsibility -In addition, you have a quick grasp and are communicative in English

Preferred skills:

• You are comfortable using Confluence, draw.io and work with process Turtles
• You have a basic knowledge of the ISO EN9100/EN9001 or similiar
• Aviation experience is prefered but not mandatory
