We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life, by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www.volocopter.com).

Job Description

Your mission during this flight:

As a member of our Partnership Management Team, you will build and analyze an overview of all partnerships at Volocopter, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and approach and engage with world-class partners. 

  • Evaluate Volocopter’s partners and identify partnership opportunities
  • Conduct surveys, discussions, and deep dives within Volocopter to identify internal partnership needs and challenges
  • Create blueprints to allow stakeholders across Volocopter to effectively collaborate with partners
  • Approach and engage with partners to build up Volocopter’s partner ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date Partnership database and build an overview of the partner landscape
  • Support with the implementation of Volocopter’s CRM tool
  • Take ownership and lead your own projects supported/guided by your Supervisor
  • Be part of international flight test events
  • Develop your skills and embrace a steep learning curve
Qualifications

Check in your professional skills:

Required Skills:  

  • You are available for 6 months (full-time)  
  • You are a student in Business Administration, Business Information, Management or a comparable subject, ideally at the end of your Bachelor's or Master's degree  
  • First relevant working experience - already completed projects or internships in Consulting, Strategy, Partnerships, Sales, Business Development, Project Management, or similar
  • Excellent English, written and spoken

Preferred Skills:  

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Communicative team player
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and an apt for both structured and strategic thinking
  • You show initiative, enjoy accountability, and have a solution-oriented way of working
  • Experience working with a CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365; Salesforce).
