Electronic Hardware Development - VoloConnect – Working Student/Internship (m/f/d)
Munich, Germany

We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full-scale Volocopter (www.volocopter.com).

Job Description

Your mission during this flight:

Within a highly motivated, multi-disciplinary core team, you will have a significant impact on the development and prototyping of Volocopter's next generation and its technologies.

We are pragmatic and we thrive for excellence. We support each other, and we trust each other. We hire the best; hence we respect each other's knowledge. We challenge each other so that we get better. We accept our failures, our shortcomings, our lack of knowledge so that we can learn and be better at what we are doing.

  • Rethink the current design and bring it from the drawing board to a flying Aircraft
  • Support team members focused on other disciplines with your unique skills

  • Good knowledge of STM32 microcontrollers and digital electronics in general
  • Experience with (SMD) soldering is crucial
