We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. Your mission during this flight:
As a Senior Strategy & Execution Manager with a focus on Sustainability, you tackle main strategic and tactical questions to drive the value and growth of our business at Volocopter. You combine both, Strategy and Sustainability to shape the future in urban air mobility by working closely with the Senior Leadership Team as well as various cross-functional teams.

• You develop the overall corporate strategy in cross-functional teams
• You drive and expand the Sustainability Strategy at Volocopter by tackling the most relevant questions in urban air mobility
• You manage and execute all related ESG activities including internal and external stakeholders
• You further develop the Volocopter business model and strategy under consideration of sustainability aspects
• You are an experienced sparring partner for tackling and executing strategic options

Check in your professional skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or another dynamic environment such as a startup
• Academic background in the field of Business Administration, Sustainability and Impact Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable subject
• Experience in the development of Sustainability Strategies in the field of corporate companies and scale-ups
• Proven success in non-disciplinary management of stakeholder groups and shown responsibility for projects
• Persuasive communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
