Ascending Technologies is a technology partner and shareholder of e-volo GmbH. With the flight control, the leading developer and manufacturer of professional micro-UAVs develops the “core element” as well as other parts for the motor electronics together with the e-volo team. In January 2016 Ascending Technologies has been acquired by US chip maker Intel Corporation. Through that, Intel has become a shareholder in e-volo GmbH.
